Still Knitting

We were out of town for a few days, while the spouse attended a business retreat. I spent all the time lazing around the hotel reading books. I finished the grey sweater right before we left so pictures of that will be forthcoming. I am trying to get a new pair of socks started, having ripped them out once, but mostly I am just knitting ribbings to hang on the machine, which is what I do when I am without creative energy. We were up in the Sierras for the retreat, and it snowed there the first night. That nip in the air really encourages the urge to knit.
